It’s never gonna happen because 1) the creative director left and is now making a Conker-inspired 3D platformer called Bradley the Badger, and 2) Ubisoft is a sinking ship of a company with vanishingly few reasons to get excited about them nowadays. But still, a third Mario Rabbids crossover isn’t theoretically off the table.

I’d like to because I love the gameplay and tactics system. The DK Adventure DLC is my favorite campaign and level design of the whole formula.
It’s in Ubisoft interest more than Nintendo though, because they were the ones who published this series (That explains the quick drop in price).
Kingdom Battle sold over 10 million copies. Sparks of Hope was over 3 million. They feel like a safe bet to keep licensing the Mario characters.
Maybe if a different company develops the game.
Yes I would love to have a new game. I love both games. The battles were great in their own ways. The overworld exploration was best in SoH. What could they come up with next time?
