I was wondering the best way to clean the area by the face buttons and the bottom of the circle pad, the circle pad itself isn’t too high of a priority for me rn since I don’t wanna tear the system down. Also is there a good/reputable place to buy 3rd party or 1st party face plates? The one I have on is fine but u prefer matte finishes over the glossy one I have.

I use a tiny bit of dish soap and water to clean 3DS consoles with a microfiber cloth, gets a good amount of the gunk off. Not sure where to get face plates for this console though
Isopropanol. No risk to electronics.
This isn’t dirt though, it is wear. The matte finish wears smooth over time.
