El gamepad enciende?? Si es así puedes intentar volverlo a sincronizar con la consola.
Si esto no funciona apaga el gamepad por completo sosteniendo el botón de apagado en el control por 5 segundos y posteriormente quita la batería y vuélvela a poner para reiniciarlo, déjalo encender sin tocar nada.
Try lightly hitting the back not hard tho just light that is how I fixed mine if not you might have to open it up and plug a cable
