The rubber fell off sometime ago but I haven't had any problems except for obviously less grip, and now I want to put thumb grips but Idk If they'll fit

Likewise bro, gonna buy someday if I get fed up.
Standard Dualsense thumb grips will be too loose and they will fall down pretty easy. Don’t try them unless you want to replace your stick covers first.
You should look for thumb grips for “Nintendo switch 1”, they are smaller and should fit better.
Switch, Switch OLED, or Switch Lite are good. DO NOT buy grips for new Switch 2, because they are the same size as Dualsense ones.
