Although called a “closed beta,” today’s release of The Expanse: Osiris Reborn is more akin to an Early Access release, as the test is only available to users who purchase the “Collector’s Edition” or “Miller’s Pack” via the game’s official website, and will run until the game’s official release.

I don’t have the packs as I never preorder games so looking forward to the videos.
It really and I mean really feels like Mass Effect. Gunplay feels quite nice. It’s all I wanted from this game. Not much to say of how the story is setup, granted I have not finished the beta.
We get some crumbs of what happened before the beta takes place tho and obviously some nice banter etc throughout.
I’m playing on PC tho so can’t talk performance on PS5. There are visual glitches here and there but it is a beta. Some fps drops here and there still, but mostly fine in that regard.
Selling beta access when should be letting people in just to ensure the game doesn’t release a broken mess. The greed from these gaming companies is out of control and you wonder why so many people pirate

This is good timing. I haven’t been keeping close tabs on the game’s state, but I just finished the book series on audiobook last week.
