Dead pixels on my screen, there’s a couple more like this but this is the only one that’s at all visible on camera, do i have to worry about it spreading?

Overall the two to three dead pixels don't actually bother me, after all i bought this thing pretty cheap and the internals pretty much work just fine, but I AM worried it will spreading and actually be noticable even when I'm NOT looking for them. I know that even though the previous owner barely used the 3DS I probably don't have more than a few years with this thing but I wanna keep it for as long as possible, the ability to play on the hardware is really important to me . Aside from the initial question any general longevity tips or just advice to stop/ reduce dead pixel spreading is appreciated
