So I opened up steam today and it was in big picture mode and in another language, I went to my games and this game that I've never even heard before was in my library. I went to look at my logins but there was nothing suspicious and also nothing on my email so I dont know what happened, any help pls?

It’s worth contacting steam support just to make sure and make sure to have 2FA on or a passkey.
You have steam guard set up on your phone? Make sure you change your passwords just to be safe. And check other platforms to make sure nothing is weird.
Have you downloaded anything sketchy lately?
