Yea. Basically the only thing to be concerned about is the arbitration section. Just makes it harder for you to take Sony to court over small claims
Heard it was in regards to any multiplayer online games where voice chat and messages are part of it, so every needs to accept or give an ID or something (depending where you live) to say you’re an adult to enable it.
