For context when I was about 12 my dad bought a PlayStation from some dude and after he bought me and him tried setting up the console but the dude that owned it before forgot to remove his account so it said that we need to add it to a family so my dad added me to the dudes and everything was fine till right now and I’m just wondering is there anyway for me to fix this or no?

Pretty sure the servers are down. It’s flagging on Down Detector and I’m getting the same message on ALL accounts on my PS5. Mine and my husbands accounts included.
Circling back. It’s the new terms of service agreement. I got it to let me agree and it automatically logged my kids accounts in. So I’m not logger of help. I’d wait for others to comment before you make a new account, but you may end up with no choice.
Nope. You stupidly added your account to someone else’s… As there’s now new ToS to agree to, that account needs to sign in and accept them
So, you either need to log into that account, or (if you can’t) you’re gonna have to make a new account

Why wouldn’t you have factory reset when you bought the used Playstation? Not just add an account into a complete strangers lol you’ll either have to make a new account or get a hold of the account owner.
