Personally I’d stick with a well-known hard drive brand. EAGET is not one of those.

Run away from this type of USB plug (a USB 3.0 micro-B). It will start randomly disconnecting only after a few connection cycles. Get one with a type-A plug on the drive side, or a 2.0 drive (Wii U doesn’t have USB 3.0 ports anyways).
