For some reason Kirby Planet Robobot is the only Nintendo game that has the soundtrack released on Spotify. I think it was on here before the Nintendo Music app too. I mean, I am not complaining, this game has an awesome soundtrack but it’s definitely odd and a little random.

According to an ad I saw on Instagram, they JUST added Galaxy 1 & 2 VERY recently. Like, maybe even earlier today.
So not on Spotify (or any form of streaming for that matter) but for a while now you have been able to buy every Xenoblade Chronicles OST on iTunes/Apple Music.
Back in 2023 MonolithSoft was only owned 96% by Nintendo, so that’s maybe all the leeway they needed to make that decision for themselves.
Oh also supposedly the Mother series has full OSTs (Maybe just Mother 2) on Spotify, but I can’t find anything but fan-compiled playlists that may or may not contain official listings, so maybe take a deep dive yourself.
I guess there’s just something about RPGs Nintendo doesn’t care to keep that tight a leash on with these things.
