Ive reinstalled the game and it did work for like 3 days before it gave me the prompt again, and i also did rebuild the database but it still didnt work. this is the only affected game while the others work just fine, and it is installed on the console storage.

OP, contact Hoyoverse CS about it, it’s happened to me several times too.
I had something similar on The Finals I think it’s a Sony error
Reinstall, if you’re using a external SSD move it to wherever it’s currently not installed. Also might want to delete local save files, progress is saved server side anyway.
