I'd go with the first option, because above all I want fantastic gameplay again, it's why Paper Jam was still a fun time.

Also, this is simply a hypothetical question where you pick either one, don't say "I want both, so I pick both" because that's obvious.

    1. I’d legit be okay with either.

But I actually quite enjoyed sticker star and I love stories in games so if I can only have one, I’mma take the latter.

    2. If the classic paper Mario game has a fun world to explore and really good battling that’s not just the traditional format but also evolves on it then that woudnt be too bad but I love Paper Mario’s writing especially in color splash so I might actually have to go with the latter.

    3. I’d go with the **first** one because above all:

**pj** – *Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam*

      – Gameplay matters more.

**’s** – (Paper Mario) *Sticker Star*

      – story and unique characters. ‘s gameplay removes a lot of what makes battles satisfying.
      – the core loop from games like Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door or Super Mario RPG is just fundamentally more engaging.
