For some reason when I open steam, it shows my hours in The Binding of Isaac Rebirth as 491, but when I open the game it changes to 311 hours. As far as I can tell this only happens with this specific game. Does anyone know what's causing this?

Online versus offline playtime maybe? I get it a lot because I mostly play offline. BG3 says I only have like 50 hours when I’m on my 4th play through and have almost all the achievements.
