I tried to buy a new one from the MS store through my Xbox account, got the serial registered and reported a problem, I could have a deal to buy a new one for cheaper but when I try, the internet page stops working, this happens on all my browsers and devices.

I don't think I will probably get a new pro controller again, buttons not always responding, drifting and more issues. Now with the lose rubber, the controller didn't even fell on the ground but got loose on it's own.

The controller did felt premium to have, it's nice with Forza and rather want my old controller back, is there a way to fix the lose rubber with glue because it feels like it can't be fixed?

Same thing happened to mine after like 8 months, the grip just started peeling off in corner for no reason. I tried using some contact cement that I had from work but it only lasted few weeks before coming loose again. The rubber material they use just doesn’t bond well once it starts separating from the plastic underneath. You could try cleaning both surfaces with alcohol first then using small amount of flexible adhesive, but honestly these controllers seem to have this issue way too often for something that costs so much. Mine also developed stick drift around same time so I just went back to regular controller

I tried to fix mine. I couldn’t get all of the rubber to stick and it was too loose.
The right shoulder button shit itself and broke into several pieces.
I bought a shell to put all the internals into, but I got sidetracked and never finished it😄
      Sorry for no help👍👍

JB Weld 2-part plastic bonder. Make sure you scuff up the plastic part a bit. That’s how I fixed mine
