I made this protective case out of an unused jeans pocket. My old 3DS perfectly fit in it and I've put some bubble thing (idk English really well lol sry).
Do y'all have an opinion and/or advice on it ?

maybe u can add something to close the top? having it wide open could have risk of the device slipping out

I would fold it inside out and add another layer of soft fabric (cotton, hell microfibre might even be a good choice), leave it open at the top, fill the pocket between the new layer and the denim with stuffing, and then sew the now stuffed piece to the denim at the top (obv leaving the space for the DS to fit inside outside of the stuffed layer) for some more permanent protection than bubble wrap, but if you can’t be bothered, this seems pretty serviceable.

I suggest sewing on a clasp of some-kind so you can close the pouch if needed
