I got oblivion quite a while ago. I’m not sure if I have game of the year or game of the year deluxe. I’d like game of the yet deluxe and it shows it’s in my library but it only says game of the year in my library
It shows that I have both and if I hit the bundle button is only looks like it would be charging me for game of the year and not for deluxe like I already have it

You have the Deluxe. Notice how it says “in library” for both items in the deluxe package.
If you go to oblivion in your library check your dlc
On the right there’s a DLC tab and there should be the deluxe edition DLC
Oblivion’s page is messy. I once contacted Steam support because of it, thinking the Deluxe Edition got removed from my account.
Install the game and launch it. In the launcher click “Data Files”, if you see DLCHorseArmor.esp, DLCSpellTomes.esp, etc… you got the Deluxe Edition.
In other words. The Deluxe edition is not a separate game but a DLC that somehow doesn’t appear in the DLC tab in the game’s library page.
