Has anyone else experienced this? My tenure badge showed a '7', but yesterday, right after my Ultimate subscription was charged, it dropped down to '5'

Those badges were always weird. Why they count active subscription years and not account years, il never understand. I first bought gold in 08, yet they start counting from 2013. Have no clue why
They need to switch to account age like Steam does. Its ridiculous…
