      This WILL NOT HAPPEN but imagine Xboxs new CEO tries to make Persona 4 remake and Persona 6 exclusive to Xbox consoles, how insane would that be?

      I repeat there would be no way that would happen but if it did, I would enjoy the chaos.

      Edit: If it was not clear this was meant to be a joke. I don’t doubt they will be in the showcase, I was just saying imagine they tried to make it exclusive to Xbox. That would cause a uproar I think.

      Hasn’t the Persona series largely been a Playstation first/exclusive series and don’t most Eastern studios favor Nintendo or Sony consoles since they’re both Japan based?

      Persona 6 is a given, it will happen, I just couldn’t take a guess at when.

      That could explain why persona 5 is back in the gamepass this month, as a way to build up the hype for the next episode of the serie

      Dear Lord,

      Please only show the Xbox logo so that the masses lose their minds and Atlus has to put out a statement that the game is coming to other platforms.

      It happened with Refantazio please let it happen with Persona 6.

      Atlus needs to make a new game engine. The games, while good, are looking dated these days.

      Yeah right. They’re going to have it compete alongside the Persona 4 remake?

      They probably wont show any gameplay if this is true. It’ll probably just be a title teaser to show that its in development, but I’d be shocked if we see it before 2028

      I love OG Final Fantasy’s, also loved Expedition 33, Gears Tactics etc Yakuza, Shenmue… Monster Hunter etc

      Chances of me liking Persona? Where should I start?

      Metaphor Refantazio not doin the Highschool setting has me hopeful we might finally get a Persona game where you aren’t a teenager. I get its the demographic but this series can cover some really heavy stuff if it doesnt limit its narrative setting. I think a Persona being in college or just slice of life style would do so well.

      It’s Nate the Hate who hasn’t *exactly* been 100% accurate with his stuff.

      P6 seems especially weird given the fact we barely saw anything of P4R. I’m not holding my breath.

      This shouldn’t be a surprise given how many Atlus/Sega games have been unveiled *at* Xbox shows in the past five years. At this point, while I’m sure it will be shown at SGF, it wouldn’t be a complete shock for FF7 Part 3 to be shown at Xbox on Sunday, given how close SE and Xbox have gotten lately as well (recall the most recent Mana was announced at a January Xbox event, for example).

      Phil burned a lot of good will and his own efforts over the last couple years of his tenure, but it has to be said that the push for Japanese content on the platform has at least paid off… though, given how poor software sales have been on other platforms the last few years as well, it was as much a necessity for those devs/publishers, as anything else :/

      Man, been trying to avoid spoilers. I stopped following the leaks sub and made it through the Sony one without spoilers which was fun.

      Darn. Well if this is true, I am sure it’ll be good. Metaphor was awesome, and of course, P5R was fantastic too.
