Replacement is your best bet yes. Other than that is just hoping it goes away slowly, but that only seems to be the case on a rarer occasion.
Its on the bottom screen which is easier to replace and even if you don’t replace it its not gonna affect many games that much. Replacements aren’t that expensive either, but difficulty is subjective so be careful.
There’s no way of fixing this screen. Replacement screens are inexpensive and the replacement process isn’t that hard. You can do it yourself or get it done by a pro.
