It’s without a doubt the PC gaming is the future for gamers that want to get serious about gaming, the freedom, the broader control and access and good feeling. 5 years ago I told myself I wanted a PC, my dad said they’re a waste of money and basically shut down the idea and having just received the PS5 I was more than satisfied, I’m now 20 trying to start a gaming channel with some vibes of the golden YouTube era, I’ve had my fun just on console but now with a PC lots of me dreams can come true, I have a PSVR2 (I’m sure you guys can point out the biggest issue of the PSvr2)

Modding
And much much more
You might be asking was it stupid to build a PC in the Rampocalypse? Probably, but sometimes we gotta live a little in a world of shitty AI and depressed this and that, if we know the future ain’t bright let’s enjoy what we have for now, and who knows maybe things will be just fine. (This is kinda me just saying the thoughts in the head at the feel of holding my graphics card, god bless you all gamers, console or PC. Follow your dreams boys and girls!)

My first was a Voodoo3 2000.
When they were still called “3D Accelerators”. It came with a copy of Messiah.
9060XT 16GB is a fantastic first card. It’ll handle things at high/ultra at 1080p and even 1440p (with the odd compromise here and there, like sticking shadows on medium etc.)
Hope you enjoy building your PC and have a lot of fun gaming afterwards.
Was gonna get a 9060 at to replace my 2070 ultra. Not sure how much an upgrade that is though

I made the switch from NVIDIA to AMD too and got the 9070 XT and haven’t regretted it ever since. You’ll love using it.
Make sure to use FSR 4.0 wherever it’s available, makes games look super crisp and nice
