Reads like they are trying to drum up hype for what is ultimately some new-condition carts of one of the most common games on Earth. Maybe interesting if you just wanted a clean cart but not for what these guys are hoping to gouge you for, especially dipping into the ratings shit to try and hype it up. (“No NES game has gotten a 10 til now!!”)
Without some ROM change like the dog being turned into a dalmatian or something its just the same ol’ game with a newer year on it.
