I ordered a double IPS N3DS XL And I didn't notice those little black dots on the corners of the screens. I have them on every corner of the top IPS screen. Some are less noticeable than others. Is it serious?

We don’t know, but LCD damage cannot be repaired. New LCD cost 60-100$ + few hours of time and precision to not damage anything. A repair shop would easily ask for 200$ for that job, but most refuses 3DS repairs due to high cost of time and replacement parts.
Return or try to bargain partial refund if those were not seen on listings pictures.
