Hi everyone, I'm here to ask for help (even though I don't think there's much that can be done about it). I tried searching for similar posts, but I couldn't find anything.
Two weeks ago, I sent my PlayStation Portal to support, which wouldn't turn on. Today, they delivered the package. I opened it and found nothing but half an empty box without the Portal inside. I admit I was stupid because, despite feeling the package, which didn't seem very heavy, I didn't record a video, but I NEVER would have thought that a product delivered by official Sony support would ever arrive in an empty box. The package was in perfect condition, there were no signs of tampering, there was nothing inside other than what's visible in the photo, and there wasn't even a sheet explaining whether the accessory had been repaired or replaced.
I doubt it was Sony support; perhaps it was someone from UPS? What do you recommend I do now? I was trying to call the PlayStation number, but as always, no one ever answers despite a 30-minute wait :\
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: They finally responded and opened a case to run a check between the service center and where the package was sent. I don't think much will change. They asked me for photos, but I doubt they'll believe me…I will also open a claim with UPS on Monday.

Contact support, check insurance for shipping.
Edit: I actually don’t believe you. Why are you making reddit posts instead of contacting support?
Maybe they’re giving you your box back and haven’t fixed the portal yet? Not sure what you can do except try to get in contact with Sony support about this.
Tell Sony. They would never send you an empty box. Also contact UPS. They have things in place that will WEIGH the box along its route. Will show you when the box was declared empty.
Do online chat service and ask for a representative. Always works for me at most companies.
Le poids du colis est il indiqué sur l étiquette d affranchissement ?
